Hi, I’m Anthony, and I’m really glad you’re here.

Therapy is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out—you just have to show up as you are. My goal is to create a warm, safe space where you can feel seen, heard, and validated as you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.

My approach is collaborative and person-centered—we’ll work together to identify what matters most to you and find real, practical tools to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with your values. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, stress, life transitions, trauma, or relationship challenges I’ll meet you where you are and help you take meaningful steps forward.

I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, to tailor each session to your unique needs. But therapy isn’t just about learning new skills—it’s about creating a deeper mind-body connection and learning how to manage overwhelm and emotional dysregulation in ways that support your overall well-being. I strive to make sessions feel engaging, supportive, and even insightful in ways you might not expect.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will truly listen, offer compassionate accountability, and help you build resilience, self-compassion, and emotional balance, I’d love to work with you.
