Hello and welcome. I’m glad you’re here. My style of therapy is warm, conversational, and collaborative. I believe in creating a non-judgmental, safe space where you can share your story and explore your experiences openly. My goal is to help you identify and connect with your personal values so that your day-to-day choices feel meaningful and align with what truly matters to you.
In our work together, we’ll strike a balance between learning new skills and putting them into practice—whether that’s becoming more present in the moment, reconnecting with what’s important, or processing trauma when you feel ready. I tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs by drawing on a variety of evidence-based methods, because there is no “one size fits all” approach.
My professional experience spans hospital settings to outpatient programs, and I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. No matter your story or your goals, I’m here to walk alongside you as we navigate this journey together. If you’re looking for a supportive, strengths-focused partner in your healing process, I’d be honored to help you find greater well-being and fulfillment in your life.
