As a therapist with a deep understanding of identity and the unique challenges we all face, I offer a compassionate space to help you explore and navigate your experiences. I have supported individuals from all backgrounds who are working through anxiety, depression, trauma, complex relationships, dependency, and substance use.

These concerns often take the form of a loss of self-control, a sense of alienation, a lack of affirming relationships, and destructive behaviors concerning family, friends, work, or self. We will explore the underlying causes of these behaviors and develop healthier ways to manage stress and build more fulfilling relationships.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in logic and evidenced-based techniques tailored to your individual needs. I believe in a collaborative perspective taking into account your unique strengths, challenges, and inner spirit. Together, we will develop effective strategies to help you overcome obstacles and improve your quality of life.

You have the right to a life that is rich with acceptance, understanding, and the promise of a better future.
