I believe that healing and reconnection can be found in sharing our stories.. Our stories hold our origins, our identities, and many of our formative experiences. Sometimes our life experiences can leave us feeling confused and stuck, unable to figure out how to move forward. There is a disconnect between who we are and who we want to be and you’re not sure how the pieces fit together. Therapy is an opportunity to witness and make sense of your story, and an invitation to inner healing.

My therapeutic style is conversational and warm, creating a welcoming space for you and your story. I enjoy working with individuals who are curious about exploring their roots and want to understand how their life experiences affects their life and their relationships today. I take an integrative approach in my sessions, incorporating various techniques and strategies that fit best with you and your goals.

With trust and collaboration as a foundation to our work together, we would explore the barriers keeping you from the life you want to live with opportunities for realignment, and healthier strategies for navigating through life.

Some of my intersecting identities are:

i am a multiracial latina - chicago-native - blended family background - mom of two - interracially married - coffee lover - advocate and ally to the lgbtq+ community
