Doctorate in Psychology (phd) - pronouns (she/her/hers) -English & spanish- individuals

I am a trauma therapist deeply committed to helping individuals navigate life’s complexities and challenges with resilience and compassion. With extensive clinical experience in both direct care and administrative roles across corporate and non-profit sectors, I offer a holistic approach that integrates my diverse professional background.

As a therapist, my goal is to guide clients in uncovering their most authentic, loving, and empowered selves. I work collaboratively with individuals to explore and address thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that may be limiting their growth. By fostering self-leadership skills, guiding new coping strategies, and promoting lasting change, I support my clients in creating healthier, more fulfilling lives. I am also trained in Brainspotting (phase 1) a powerful, focused
mindfulness treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/ body pain, trauma and a variety of other challenging symptoms.

My passion for trauma-informed care drives my focus on working with those experiencing life transitions, women navigating fertility, pregnancy or early parenting, high-achieving professionals in demanding careers, and individuals seeking to enhance their leadership potential. My therapeutic style is conversational, compassionate, and gently challenging, aimed at fostering both personal insight and meaningful change.

Some of my intersecting identities include:

first generation mexican/american - west coast native - world traveler - wife + mother (2 children and 1 doggie) - pregnancy loss survivor - lgbtqia+ ally and advocate
