I am passionate about working with the AAPI community, highly sensitive people, introverts & overachievers. I am open to exploring the full gamut of cultural, social, relational, identity & existential issues. In my work, I incorporate integrating alternative treatments, such as the use of psychedelics, ketamine & medical cannabis, in order to facilitate healing from trauma, improve mental health and emotional well-being, and to promote spiritual growth & transformation.

Working with me you can expect to identify personal goals, gain increased insight & self-awareness, & develop coping skills and strategies to better tackle life’s problems. My style provides gentle guidance, coaching, warmth, humor, and empathy.
